We are seeking Registered Nurses to share our mission

The Role Involves:



  • Delivering high standards of care
  • Leading the care team to achieve desired outcomes
  • Maintaining effective communication with verbal and written reports
  • Wound management
  • Ensuring care procedures follow policy guidelines
  • Ordering, administering, and recording medicines according to policy and statutory requirements
  • Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Offering physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort
  • Conducting staff supervision and appraisals
  • Implementing changes in routine and procedures as agreed with the Manager
  • Evaluating potential clients/residents
  • Completing duty rota as necessary
  • Carrying out internal quality audits as agreed with the Manager
  • Participating in training and development of all staff grades
  • Assisting the Manager in achieving performance targets
