Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to support the development of our business partners through learning and growth initiatives. As a Business Development Learning and Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with our Department Heads and management team to identify and develop learning solutions that meet the needs of our business partners;
  • Designing and delivering internal learning materials using various approaches, including e-learning, video, mentoring, and coaching;
  • Providing MLS-specific induction processes, training new team members, and supporting their ongoing development;
  • Communicating opportunities within MLS and answering queries from team members;
  • Ensuring statutory training requirements are met;
  • Providing data and reports to monitor programme delivery, evaluate learning quality, assess intervention impact, and ensure team KPIs are met;
  • Planning expenditure, monitoring the L&D budget for MLS, and ensuring its effective use throughout the year;
  • Maintaining knowledge of practice developments in relevant areas.

This role requires excellent communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to work under pressure. A qualification in learning & development or coaching is essential. Experience working in the healthcare sector would be beneficial but not necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, planning, and organisation skills, as well as the ability to engage and manage key stakeholder relationships.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office and general technology skills.
