Business Development Manager

At Launch Resources Limited, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and innovation in our live communications agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and exceeding KPIs, with a strong understanding of the agency sector.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business through the canvassing of new, potential, and competitor clients, and developing these accounts to maximize our market share and create new opportunities. This role will involve working closely with the account team to ensure we are capitalizing on all possible services that our client can provide, to maximize revenue.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Demonstrate an impressive track record of driving sales and exceeding KPIs
- Have experience of selling intangible services
- Have extensive industry knowledge
- Be able to hit the ground running
- Be a motivated self-starter who will thrive in an energetic environment, working to ambitious targets
- Be creative in constantly looking at ways to improve the sales process and pipeline to maximize revenue
