Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at LT Selection. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and advising organisations on learning and development opportunities, including apprenticeships and adult skills funding within our training portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Develop and deliver tailored training solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their employees.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and training delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, preferably in the education and skills sector.
  • Strong experience in corporate account management and senior relationship building.
  • Proven ability to identify revenue growth opportunities, particularly with apprenticeships and adult skills funding.
  • Knowledge of government policies, funding regulations, and skills development.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
