Giorgio Armani Beauty Business Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager for Giorgio Armani Beauty, you will be part of an expert team driving brand awareness and sales for this established Italian brand. This is an incredible opportunity to develop your already strong business acumen, apply creativity to your business model, and drive sales for a prestigious luxury beauty brand.

You'll have the opportunity to attend Giorgio Armani Beauty training and education, as well as benefit from L'Oréal learning opportunities, to develop yourself within your role and open up career paths such as becoming a Business Manager or Area Manager in the future. Key responsibilities include delivering on counter events, creating events to drive business in the community and store, and identifying business strengths at store level to coordinate with retail and training teams for actions to maximise selling opportunities.

Excellent business acumen, including sales analysis, inventory management, and organising staffing, is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and embracing digital business tools, you will be an ambassador for these within your team. Developing positive relationships with department store floor managers and head office is also crucial. As a brand ambassador, you will embody the attitude, eventing, and on-brand grooming required for this role. Ability to work flexibility during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (except Christmas day), is necessary.
