**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager - Channel Growth Expert to lead our regional growth initiatives, focusing on expanding our channel network and driving business growth for VIVOTEK EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Channel Expansion
- Identify and collaborate with strategic partners to develop an expansion strategy for the region, achieving assigned targets and objectives.
- Provide training to partner representatives to meet hardware and subscription sales targets and commitments.
- In-direct Channel
- Cultivate and support VIVOTEK Ecosystem partners to create shared value.
- Collaborate with VIVOTEK Strategic Accounts in the region.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years' prior industry-related business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
