Primary Care Diabetes Nurse

We are recruiting for a Primary Care Diabetes Nurse to work within our client's nationwide Diabetes team. This is a permanent position that requires the successful candidate to work in a proactive manner, identifying patients with Type 2 diabetes and optimising their treatment plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing diabetes in primary care, with a focus on oral hypoglycaemic management. A full driving licence and current NMC registration are also essential requirements.
This role comes with a competitive salary of £45,000 per year, plus a range of benefits including a car allowance and private medical insurance.
