Job Overview

We are partnering with a National Service provider to recruit permanent Diabetes Specialist Nurses nationwide.

The client aims to develop a nationwide Diabetes team, including nurses from the region of focus.

This is a hybrid-working position where you will conduct various clinics within community settings such as GP practices.

You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of the diabetes service.

As a key member of the diabetes team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing personalized care plans, and providing education and support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in diabetes care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

A strong understanding of current diabetes guidelines and protocols is essential for this role.

Competitive Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career progression.
