Diabetes Care Specialist

Connaught Resourcing is seeking a skilled Diabetes Care Specialist to join their team in a permanent capacity. This hybrid-working position involves conducting clinics in community settings and working from home in between.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying sub-optimally controlled patients with Type 2 diabetes, optimising oral therapy, conducting point-of-care testing, and referring for specialist insulin treatment when necessary.
Key qualifications include a Diabetes diploma or equivalent, a minimum of three years' experience managing diabetes in primary care, and knowledge of oral hypoglycaemics. The salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including an annual bonus incentive scheme and company pension.
