Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via email and telephone

  • Work closely with the R&D team to develop and improve products
  • Ensure that customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operating a modern support helpdesk
  • Previous experience as a technical support specialist or a similar role is desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in database understanding and networking
  • Previous experience supporting IoT, "Smart" or Mobile devices would be desirable
