About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Desk Specialist, you will be the go-to problem-solver, ensuring that customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. You will provide product support through troubleshooting and fault investigation on all Detectronic's products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via email and telephone
- Troubleshoot solutions and tackle challenges
- Investigate faults and provide product support
- Work closely with the R&D team to develop and improve products
- Ensure that customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operating a modern support helpdesk
- Previous experience as a technical support specialist or a similar role is desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in database understanding and networking
- Previous experience supporting IoT, "Smart" or Mobile devices would be desirable
