Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at Daisy Communications. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Manage IT tickets and escalate complex issues to senior technicians
  • Install and configure software and hardware
  • Assist with the implementation of new IT projects

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS and MS Exchange Admin
  • Active Directory experience
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
