Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Support Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Log, prioritize, and classify tickets, gathering all necessary information to facilitate resolution.
  • Provide first-line support and investigation, escalating complex issues to senior engineers as needed.
  • Keep clients informed of ticket progress and status.
  • Perform daily and weekly checks of backups and remote monitoring systems.
  • Ensure the help desk is up-to-date and that all tickets have accurate time logging.
