Role: Digital Support Technician Trainee

As a Digital Support Technician Trainee, you will be the first point of contact for our clients experiencing technical issues. You will play a vital role in ensuring their smooth and efficient operation by providing prompt and effective support.

  • Customer Interaction:
  • Handle incoming support requests and incidents through our help desk system.
  • Gather detailed information about the issue from clients to ensure accurate resolution.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their tickets.
  • Technical Support:
  • Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of IT issues.
  • Log, prioritize, and classify incoming requests and incidents effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
  • System Maintenance:
  • Perform routine system checks, including backups and remote monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support interactions within the help desk system.
