Role Overview:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Manager by collaborating on the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Design, implement, monitor, and assess innovative multichannel marketing initiatives.
- Website and Digital Platform Oversight: Manage the organization’s websites and digital communication channels, ensuring all content is up-to-date and accurate.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Events team to plan and execute engaging events for various stakeholders.
Social Media Strategy:
Schedule and disseminate social media content in alignment with the marketing calendar, ensuring consistent and timely messaging.
Content Development:
Produce a diverse range of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, podcasts, and video content.
Content Creation and Management:
Generate and curate compelling written content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing platforms to enhance audience interaction.
Creative Innovation:
Encourage creative thinking across all marketing campaigns and projects.
Qualifications:
A degree in a relevant discipline is required.
Professional Credentials:
Certification from CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) or CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations) is preferred. Proven experience in crafting and executing innovative multichannel marketing campaigns is essential. Strong organizational and project management skills are necessary to maintain accountability and structure.
