About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join their team in Nelson. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the business, working closely with the Sales Director to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quotes to clients, ensuring they are kept up to date throughout the entire process.
  • Proofread and thoroughly check documents to ensure accuracy before sending them out.
  • Utilise the in-house system effectively to process orders through the online web portal.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within administration, including excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to update and maintain databases.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and work collaboratively within the team.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to update and maintain databases.
  • Proficient with IT, including Microsoft Packages.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary between £25,000-£28,000.
  • Full training and support is provided.
  • Monday-Friday, office based.

  • 28 days annual leave plus Christmas and New Year off.
