Job Title: Sales Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Director in ensuring the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotes to clients and ensure they are kept up to date throughout the entire process.
  • Proofread and thoroughly check documents are correct and accurate before sending them out.
  • Utilize the in-house system effectively.
  • Process orders through an online web portal.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within administration, including excellent communication both written and verbal.
  • The ability to update and maintain databases.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and work collaboratively within the team.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to update and maintain databases.
  • Proficient with IT, including Microsoft Packages.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary between £25,000-£28,000.
  • Full training and support is provided.
  • Monday-Friday, office based.

  • 28 days annual leave plus Christmas and New Year off.
