Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Daisy Communications Limited. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing business partners to drive sales growth and development of Daisy branded mobile products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow and develop Daisy branded mobile products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to ensure a strong presence and drive sales growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development to ensure accurate sales forecasts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries and provide constructive feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the telecoms industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with business partners.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
