Role Overview


As a Junior IT Support Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming incidents and service requests through our support desk

• Documenting, prioritizing, and categorizing support tickets while gathering detailed information

• Providing first-level support and conducting preliminary investigations

• Escalating issues to senior engineers when necessary

• Keeping customers informed about the status of their support tickets

• Conducting routine checks on backups and remote monitoring systems

• Ensuring the help desk system is updated and that all tickets have accurate time logs
