Job Summary

Daisy Communications is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Install, configure, and test end-user hardware and software systems
  • Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure effective ticket resolution and continuous service improvement
  • Participate in project work and general IT activities required by the business

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to install, configure, and test end-user hardware and software systems
  • Ability to proactively manage time and prioritize workload
  • Windows 10/11 OS
  • MS Exchange Admin
  • Active Directory

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous IT support experience in a busy environment
  • Formal IT qualifications or Microsoft certifications
  • M365 deployment/troubleshooting knowledge
  • Previous experience handling VoIP solutions and administration
