**Role Overview**

A Glasgow-based company is seeking a Sales and Business Development Professional to join its sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating and qualifying leads, setting up appointments, and supporting the early stages of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Prospect Engagement: Understand client needs and effectively communicate the benefits of the company's solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Arrange meetings for Business Sales Consultants, ensuring a smooth transition from lead qualification to sales.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM system updated, recording all interactions and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets, with the potential for rapid promotion based on results.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Starting salary circa £27,000, depending on experience.
