Customer Success Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Paper Run. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding and long-term success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customized onboarding plans to ensure seamless integration with our platform
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and support to maximize their Return on Spend
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve client challenges
  • Help clients design, test, and measure the impact of new and existing automated direct mail flows and campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or onboarding within the e-commerce or marketing technology space
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and processes
  • Experience working with e-commerce/DTC brands or digital marketing agencies preferred
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Self-starter, comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
