About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Marketing Executive for our Convenience channel. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery and effective execution of brand experiences in line with consumer demand occasions, shopper insights, data analytics & channel objectives to drive customer, category, and Suntory Global Spirits brand growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a world leader in premium spirits and contribute to the growth of their new Commercial Marketing function. You will partner with customers to enhance brand value and performance and collaborate with marketing and sales on partnerships and activations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver activations aligned with channel plans.
  • Implement the Commercial Marketing Strategy across Convenience accounts.
  • Partner with customers to enhance brand value and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on partnerships and activations.
  • Support the activation calendar around key brand moments.
  • Manage innovation launch plans in Convenience.
  • Monitor KPIs, optimize campaigns, and ensure clear ROI.
  • Collect activation insights and report to the Insights & Reporting Manager.
  • Research and share competitor insights and best practices.
  • Contribute to brand planning and strategy to drive growth.

About You:

  • Experience in Customer/Trade/Shopper Marketing within an FMCG environment (Drinks Industry preferred)
  • Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering activations in a range of customers, ensuring the needs of the business and the needs of the customer are met.
  • Knowledge of UK Off Trade landscape.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to understand and utilise category insights to inform activation plans.
  • Passion for the world of spirits, an interest to join a growing business & the desire to make your mark.
