The Receptionist plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager, this individual is responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and registering them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handling guest queries and providing information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Managing guest keys and updating information in the hotel's computer system.
