About the Role
As a Front Desk Associate at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm welcome to our hotel. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services and amenities, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
