About the Opportunity
We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our WeWork team. As the primary point of contact for our members and guests, you'll be the face of our hospitality team and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Support the Community Management team with front desk operations, including mail and package handling.
- Assist with building operations and maintenance, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and fully operational.
- Develop relationships with members and guests, learning their names and preferences to provide personalized support.
- Stay up-to-date on WeWork products and services, promoting them to members and guests as needed.
About You:
We're looking for a people-person who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a sense of community. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
