About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check guests in and out, handle room assignments, and ensure that all guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to resolve any guest complaints or issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge and to stay up-to-date with hotel policies and procedures.
