Job Title: Senior Transformation Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a significant and focussed workstream within a large and complex transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and all aspects of their assigned programme workstream, including managing client relationships, building key relationships with the Customer's Internal Team and Senior Stakeholders, and planning delivery within the overall programme implementation plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage workstreams and projects within large Business Change and Transformation programmes in the Northern Ireland Public Sector
  • Orchestrate efficiencies and synergies in delivery of multiple projects and work packages across a workstream within a large programme of work
  • Ensure effective control over costs and resourcing, enabling the delivery of workstreams / projects within the programme to budget, quality, and time standards
  • Manage relationships with Stakeholders and third parties
  • Manage relationships with Key Subcontractors and Vendors
  • Manage workstream and project risks and issues, assessing criticalities and contingencies

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of Project Management and its various methodologies, ideally with Prince 2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP, or similar Project Management certification
  • 3rd level qualification in relevant field or similar
  • Proven experience in large transformation programmes, delivering efficiencies and business benefit across traditional and silos and business units
  • Experience of delivering projects in at least one of the following areas: Infrastructure, Security, Data Management, SaaS Implementation
