Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a significant workstream within a large transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the programme, including managing client relationships, building key relationships with stakeholders, and driving successful delivery of the programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall programme delivery, including planning, resourcing, and change management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, programme directors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Drive successful delivery of the programme, including managing dependencies, issues, and risks.
  • Manage programme finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Ensure programme delivery is consistent with the agreed delivery model and standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of programme management, including managing large transformation programmes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to relate to all levels within an organization.
  • Ability to drive consensus across diverse groups and manage uncertainty, ambiguity, and surprise.
  • 3+ years' experience as a Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager.
  • Senior Stakeholder engagement experience.

Qualifications

  • Prince 2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP, or similar Project Management certification.
  • 3rd level qualification in a relevant field or similar.
