Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate, proactive, and highly skilled Transformation Programme Leader to take charge of a comprehensive and complex transformation initiative for one of our prominent clients in the public sector. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete delivery of business transformation and service enhancement, infrastructure development, and integration, as well as managing all aspects of large-scale implementation across various programme workstreams utilizing industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall delivery and governance of the programme, providing strategic support to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Define programme scope and delineate workstreams effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a detailed Implementation Programme Plan, ensuring it is regularly reviewed and updated as the programme advances.
  • Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and issues across workstreams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Engage with business owners and stakeholders to facilitate timely project delivery.
  • Address escalations promptly to mitigate any potential impact on overall programme success.
  • Establish and uphold standard governance mechanisms in line with the programme's governance framework.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
  • Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and third-party entities to ensure programme success.
  • Promote best practices throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement identified solutions.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management methodologies, with relevant certifications such as Prince 2 Practitioner, PMP, or MSP.
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale transformation projects, demonstrating the ability to deliver efficiencies and business benefits across various departments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Agile and proactive mindset, adept at navigating ambiguity and rapid changes.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a programme management role.
  • Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders effectively.
