Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, passionate, and highly skilled Transformation Programme Leader to assume overall accountability for the execution and management of a complex and substantial transformation initiative for one of our key public sector clients in Northern Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive delivery of organizational change and service enhancement, infrastructure development, and integration, alongside all facets of large-scale implementation across various programme workstreams, utilizing industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of business transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular updates, formal governance structures, and precise reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Customer's Internal Team and Senior Stakeholders to establish essential connections.
  • Manage relationships with Key Subcontractors, Vendors, and other critical third parties to ensure project success.
  • Utilize extensive experience in transformation programmes, including requirements gathering, planning, governance, risk management, and benefits realization.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven track record in managing significant transformation initiatives within the public sector.
  • Ability to drive efficiencies across multiple workstreams within a large programme.
  • Expertise in optimizing budget allocation and ensuring effective cost control.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication with senior executives.
  • Experience in overseeing risks and issues, ensuring a smooth transition to managed services.
Desired Skills
  • Strong project management skills, with relevant certifications such as Prince 2 Practitioner, PMP, or MSP.
  • A relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Agility and proactivity in managing change and mentoring team members.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Programme Manager role.
