Business Transformation Opportunity

VANRATH IT is delighted to be recruiting a Business Transformation Lead for a large-scale programme aimed at implementing a single integrated cloud solution to replace current business systems. As Business Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a successful transition to the new solution across the organisation, leading progress towards adoption, solution optimisation, and achieving measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic change plan to support the programme's objectives.
  • Lead engagement with stakeholders, including staff, service users, and external partners, to identify and plan for changes required to deliver programme benefits.
  • Work with the programme team and business stakeholders to understand and define people, process, and technology changes required.
  • Develop business change products to enable implementation of identified changes and ensure business readiness before go-live.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of business changes and delivery of programme benefits.

Requirements:

  • University degree or relevant professional qualification and at least 3 years of experience in a business change role.
  • PROSCI or similar change management qualification.
  • Proven experience of leadership, management, collaborative working, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven experience in running focus groups, workshops, and training to support organisational change.

Remuneration:

The salary for this role is in line with the HSCNI BAND 8A pay scale.
