We are seeking an experienced Family Support Worker to join our team in the UK, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

About the Role:
  • Job Summary: Assist parents and children in valuing themselves while helping parents meet both their own needs and those of their children in residential or community settings.
Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Reporting: Ensure child safety and welfare throughout the assessment process and report on parental capacity and child behaviours.
  • Parenting Support: Support parenting assessments by following individual family plans and engaging in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Support Worker, Family Support Worker, or Residential Support Worker.
  • NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care.
  • A valid driving licence with access to your own vehicle and business insurance.
