About the Opportunity

Northamptonshire Children's Trust is offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Children's Social Worker to join our Court Team in Northamptonshire. As a Children's Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality social work services to children and families, with a focus on thorough assessment and robust social work analysis.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced qualified, registered social worker who has completed their ASYE and is passionate about delivering best practice and support to children, young people, and families. You will be confident in your analysis and decision-making skills and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. With a strong commitment to relationship-based practice, you will be able to build positive, strength-based relationships with a diverse range of children, young people, and families.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £39,472 per annum (dependent on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package, including up to £6,000 recruitment bonus, up to £8,000 relocation assistance, and generous annual leave allowance.
