Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will provide expert advice and casework support to clients on various issues related to housing, debt, and welfare benefits. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing guidance on available resources, and advocating on their behalf when necessary.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records using statistical software and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
  • GCSE-level qualifications in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office and basic IT tools (email, calendars, databases).
  • A valid driving license and access to a car.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
