Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hygiene Specialist to join our team at WCS Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of water in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Water Sampling: Collecting and testing water samples to ensure quality and safety.
  • Temperature Monitoring: Monitoring temperature levels in various systems to prevent overheating or freezing.
  • Descaling: Descaling of shower heads and hoses to prevent mineral buildup.
  • TMV Servicing: Servicing Thermal Mixing Valves to ensure safe hot water delivery.
  • Tank Cleans and Inspections: Cleaning and inspecting storage tanks to prevent contamination and degradation.
  • Cooling Towers Maintenance: Cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of cooling towers to prevent bacterial growth.
  • Endoscopic Inspection: Endoscopic inspection of calorifiers to detect potential issues.
  • Mains Injection Pipework Chlorination Works: Conducting chlorination works on mains injection pipework to prevent contamination.
Requirements

  • Confined Space Trained: Being confined space trained is advantageous.
  • Computer Skills: Good level of computer skills.
  • Driving Licence: Holding a full driving licence.

  • Salary: £23,796-£28,000 per annum (dependent on experience), with significant opportunities to earn bonuses and overtime available.
