We are seeking a dedicated Family Support Coordinator to join our team at Northamptonshire Acre. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing emotional and practical support to vulnerable families in our community.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting families in their homes, offering tailored support that addresses their unique needs. This may include engaging activities with children, providing emotional support to parents, and connecting families with local resources and services.

You will work closely with parents and children, helping them develop essential skills and strategies for a brighter future. Your ability to build strong relationships and provide non-judgmental support will be crucial in making a meaningful difference in the lives of these families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visiting families in their homes (2-3 hours) to provide ongoing support
  • Providing emotional support to help parents cope with daily challenges
  • Engaging activities with children, such as play, reading, and outings
  • Connecting families with local resources and services
