About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Children's Social Worker to join our Court Team in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality social work services to children and families. With a focus on thorough assessment and robust social work analysis, you will be empowered to make good professional decisions and deliver positive outcomes for our young people.

As a Children's Social Worker at Northamptonshire Children's Trust, you will be part of a supportive learning culture where you can influence change, challenge others, and share your expertise. Our Court Team provides oversight for all the children in care in Northamptonshire, and we focus on building meaningful relationships with young people, their families, and carers to ensure effective planning for the future.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced qualified, registered social worker who has completed their ASYE and is passionate about delivering best practice and support to children, young people, and families. You will be confident in your analysis and decision-making skills and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. With a strong commitment to relationship-based practice, you will be able to build positive, strength-based relationships with a diverse range of children, young people, and families.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £39,472 per annum (dependent on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package, including up to £6,000 recruitment bonus, up to £8,000 relocation assistance, and generous annual leave allowance.
