About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Social Services Professional to join our team in Kettering. As a Children's Social Worker, you will work with children and families to provide support and guidance. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference and deliver high-quality services to those who need them most.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker: You must be a registered social worker with SWE (Social Work England) and have successfully completed your ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment).
  • Court Experience: Confident and capable of representing cases in court, including attending hearings independently when required.
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience working with children in care, child protection, or legal proceedings.
