Family Assessment Centres play a pivotal role in safeguarding children. We're seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team and contribute to residential parenting assessments for children involved in court proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments with families, working collaboratively with Family Support Workers both in-house and within the community.
- Develop and deliver support interventions to help parents enhance their parenting skills.
- Provide expert witness testimony in court.
Requirements:
- A registered Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years' experience working with children and families in a statutory setting.
- Proven expertise in completing robust parenting assessments and safe practice techniques.
