Family Support Liaison

About the Position
As a Family Hubs Connector at Service Care Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting families by signposting them to relevant resources and tools. Your goal will be to empower parents to make positive choices for themselves and their children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with families and their communities to develop strong relationships.
- Be a key member of the Family Hub approach, working directly with families, professionals, and partners to build thriving communities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on the Transformation Programme.
