Vetro Recruitment is seeking a passionate Social Worker to join their team at a Family Assessment Centre. The successful candidate will conduct thorough assessments with families, working closely with in-house and community-based Family Support Workers.

About the Role:

This challenging role involves developing and delivering support interventions to improve parents' parenting skills. As a key member of the assessment team, you will work collaboratively to identify strengths and areas for improvement within families, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough assessments with families, taking into account individual needs and circumstances
* Develop and deliver effective support interventions to enhance parents' parenting skills
* Work collaboratively with Family Support Workers to ensure comprehensive support for families

Requirements:

* A registered Social Worker (SWE) with 2+ years' experience in a statutory setting
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
