Family Hubs Connector
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with families and communities in the Kettering area, developing strong relationships and promoting positive outcomes. As a Family Hubs Connector, you will signpost families to relevant resources and tools, empowering them to make informed choices and take control of their lives.
Salary: £34,785 per annum (based on 35 hours per week at £18.99 per hour)
Main Objectives- To develop and maintain effective partnerships with families, communities, and local services, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- To provide high-quality support and guidance to families, helping them to access relevant resources and tools.
- To contribute to the development of initiatives that promote positive parenting choices and enhance family well-being.
- To communicate effectively with key stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of progress and potential issues.
- A full Enhanced DBS clearance is essential for this role.
- Experience working with children and families, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
- A full UK Driving Licence is required for this position.
