Family Hubs Connector

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Family Hubs Connector in the Kettering area. The successful candidate will signpost families to resources and tools that support positive parenting choices, promoting strong links between families, professionals, and local services.

Salary: £34,785 per annum (based on 35 hours per week at £18.99 per hour)

Main Responsibilities
  • To co-produce initiatives with the community, influencing service engagement and enhancing collaboration between families and communities.
  • Work collaboratively with families and communities to develop strong relationships between them and the Family Hubs, ensuring effective support and guidance.
  • To empower families, professionals, and partners through direct work and build thriving communities, fostering a culture of mutual respect and understanding.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders on the Transformation Programme, ensuring they are informed of progress and potential issues, facilitating seamless coordination and cooperation.
Requirements
  • A full Enhanced DBS clearance is mandatory for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and families, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • A full UK Driving Licence is required for this position.
