Job Title: Experienced Social Worker

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced social worker to join our team at a Family Assessment Centre. As a residential parenting assessment professional, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding children and supporting families in need.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments with families, working alongside family support workers both in-house and within the community.
  • Develop and deliver support interventions to help parents improve their parenting skills.

What We're Looking For:

  • A registered social worker (SWE) with a minimum of 2 years' experience working with children and families in a statutory setting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
