We are seeking an experienced qualified, registered social worker to join our Children in Care Team at Northamptonshire Children's Trust. As a member of our team, you will be conducting clear, accurate assessments, coordinating multi-agency approaches, and building positive relationships with children, young people, and families.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires passion, commitment, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with colleagues in the Leaving Care Service and external partners to deliver positive outcomes for our children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children and their needs
  • Coordinate multi-agency approaches to support children and families
  • Build strong relationships with children, young people, and families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a qualified, registered social worker
  • A commitment to delivering best practice and support to children, young people, and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:

  • Up to £6,000 recruitment bonus
  • Up to £8,000 towards relocation
  • Generous annual leave allowance of 28 days, plus 8 Bank Holidays (pro rata for part time)
