Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Family Assessment service in Kettering, Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support to children and their families.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience as a manager in a children’s residential home or family assessment centre
  • Knowledge of statutory and procedural frameworks for residential care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits
