About the Role:

We are seeking an Examinations and Assessment Coordinator to join our Exams and Achievement Department at Central Bedfordshire College. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students by ensuring the integrity of the examination process, providing a full exams administration service, and working in conjunction with the Senior Examinations & Achievement Administrator to deliver all examinations across all regional sites. You will despatch results/certificates and record achievement in a timely manner, while fulfilling general office duties and carrying out all aspects of the role in line with the college culture and values.

About You:

This role requires English and Maths or similar at GCSE grade A*-C or equivalent, a minimum of 5 GCSEs A*-C, experience of entering data onto computerised databases, and experience of working with confidential documentation and information. You must also have substantial administrative experience in an office based environment and the ability to take responsibility for small projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the integrity of the examination process
- Provide a full exams administration service for students and staff in designated centre(s)
- Work in conjunction with the Senior Examinations & Achievement Administrator/Exams Manager to deliver all examinations across all regional sites
- Despatch results/certificates and record achievement in a timely manner
- Fulfil general office duties
- Carry out all aspects of the role in line with college culture and values
