Job Title:

A highly skilled Family Support Worker is required to join our team at Additional Resources.

About the Role:
  • Support families in developing positive relationships and improving their overall wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure child safety and welfare throughout assessments.
  • Conduct thorough family assessments by following individual plans.
  • Provide valuable insights for improved support strategies through reporting on parental capacity and child behaviors.
Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate child safety and welfare throughout assessments.
  2. Assist in conducting family assessments by following individual plans.
  3. Report on parental capacity and child behaviors.
  4. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role.
  • NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care.
  • A valid driving license with access to your own vehicle and business insurance.
Compensation:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, paid biweekly. The organization also offers an additional £1,500 annual bonus for outstanding performance.
