Job Title:

Family Hubs Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Family Hubs Support Specialist to join our team in Kettering. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for signposting families to resources and tools that support positive choices for themselves and their children.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Co-produce initiatives with the community to influence how services are engaged.
  2. Work collaboratively with families and their communities to develop strong and sustained links between them and the Family Hubs.
  3. Be a key member of the Family Hub approach; work directly with families, professionals, and partners to empower them and build thriving communities.
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on the Transformation Programme, ensuring they are informed of progress and potential issues.
Requirements:
  1. Full Enhanced DBS
  2. Experience in working with children and families
  3. Full UK Driving Licence
