We are seeking a skilled Reception Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Bloomsbury. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling payments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Support the Front Office Manager in leading the team and ensuring that all staff members are working together to achieve our high standards of service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with the Front Office team to ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Food and Beverage, to ensure that all guests receive a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Reception Supervisor or Front of House supervisor in a similar operation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  • A natural leader with the ability to motivate and develop a team to reach their full potential.
  • A positive can-do attitude, with the ability to work calmly under pressure and as part of a team.
